Dear Millstone Creek POA Members:
The Board of Directors invites all community members to a POA board meeting to discuss an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) variance and roof extension decision that is pending legal litigation. Your feedback on this community property modification is highly encouraged.
 
Meeting Agenda
Review: Examine the formal roof extension variance request and decision.
Impact: Evaluate structural, aesthetic, and property line impacts.
Discussion: Open the floor for homeowner feedback and questions.
Action: Decision handling variance legal action.
 
The meeting will be held on May 29, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Van Wyck Community Center, located at 5036 Old Hickory Rd, Lancaster, SC 29720.
