Millstone Creek Annual POA Meeting
Tuesday, February 24th, 7:00 PM at Van Wyck Community Center
Annual POA meeting
- February 24, 2026, at 7 pm. Van Wyck Community Center, 5036 Old Hickory Road, Lancaster, SC 29720
- Three board positions will be elected: Treasurer, Secretary (due to resignation), and Member at Large 2. Soliciting nominations currently for the positions.
- Approval of the 2026 POA budget. Click here to link to the proposed budget.
- Proxy forms are on the website with the bylaws. All proxy forms must be delivered to the POA mailbox at 4070 Flagstone Dr, NLT February 23 at 6 pm for processing.
Annual dues
- Invoices will be sent after the annual meeting on February 24. Payment will be due NLT 1 April. A $150 late fee will be applied after that date.
- Zelle transfers will be accepted to the mcpoadues@gmail.com email address or a check sent to in Millstone Creek POA, 4070 Flagstone Dr., Lancaster, SC, 29720.
